2016 "Five Forks"
This is the second year we've made our Five Forks with the mission to evolve. This year, we brought the focus onto Petit Manseng, which provides a core of concentration and acidity that allows us to layer and build without worry of losing energy or depth. Sauvignon Blanc is the second significant player, as we are finding the mineral, herbal flavors are a good compliment to the ripe, sometimes tropical flavors of Petit Manseng. Viognier and Muscat work the high register of the aromatics, tempered by lower concentrations, but still bringing their floral trademarks.
47% Petit Manseng, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 13% Viognier, 5% Muscat, 5% Pinot Gris
