Intention is one of our smallest productions and one of our most cherished. The blend is a unique take on Petit Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc, capturing the heart of our estate vineyard. Made to age gracefully, this wine is led by PetitManseng’s inherent concentration and structure, balanced with the dynamic aromas of Sauvignon Blanc. The 2021 vintage leads with citrus and tropical fruit aromas, transitioning to white stone fruits, gooseberry, and lychee. The diverse attributes on the nose are accented by more savory characteristics of brioche, baking spice, and a distinct minerality on the palate, integrated with the diverse tropical fruits of Petit Manseng. This wine has weight, from our textural approach, but also a bright finish, driven by the natural acidity.
