Brut Rosé NV

Brut Rosé NV
Our Brut Rosé NV, based in Cabernet Franc, opens with notes of wild strawberry and white peach, followed by layers of clementine, clover, and tarragon. The fine bubbles enhance its bright texture and light-bodied style, shaped by limited lees contact in bottle. A crowd favorite, this méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine is equally suited to celebrations and everyday moments—elevated, effortless, and always welcome at the table.

Winemaker Notes
Méthode traditionnelle sparkling rosé is one of our smaller lot wines. The majority of the base comes from the 2022 vintage, focused on Cabernet Franc and lifted by Chardonnay and Merlot. Fermented in 95% stainless steel and 5% neutral oak, the base wine includes a small portion of multi-vintage reserve wine aged in barrel. Once bottled, it spends 21 months on lees—enough to introduce early autolytic character while maintaining bright, fresh aromatics. This is our brightest, freshest expression of traditional-method sparkling.A cool summer made for high acidities heading into the sparkling wine harvest season and dry weather at the end of August made for ideal picking conditions.
