2021 Eluvium

The 2021 Eluvium is a testament to both power and refined nuance. The aroma is richer than previous vintages, with a dense bouquet of black stone fruits and spice enhanced by notes of dark berries, leather, dried herbs, and violets. Adding dried fennel, cranberry, and a distinctive desiccated citrus brightens its savory profile.

2022 Novum

Aromas present fresh and vibrant current, straw and red plum, leading into confectionary attributes and a subtle earthen quality of tarragon, mushroom and tobacco. The palate is textured and lively, with moderate density supported by balanced acid and tannin dynamics.
