Eluvium 2020 - 2020 naturally lent itself to brighter expressions of fruit and site, with Eluvium taking this to heart. Displaying dark stone fruits, red and black berries, accentuated by confectionery and baking spices. Leather and toasted herb attributes accent a unique dried citrus component that brightens the savory character of this vintage. 2020 also brings a freshness to the Eluvium palate, with a lively and welcoming palate that displays moderate, but lengthy tannins.

Eluvium 2021 - On the nose the 2021 Eluvium is brighter than other vintages displaying dark stone fruits and berries, accentuated by confectionery and baking spices, forest floor attributes and a unique dried citrus component that brightens the savoury character of this vintage. 2020 also brings a freshness to the Eluvium palate, with a lively and welcoming palate that brings moderate, but lengthy tannins.
