Early Mountain Brut NV: Fresh, crisp, and new. Our Brut Sparkling wine is the perfect bottle of bubbles to celebrate love with. We make this wine in the traditional method, aging 24 months in-bottle and giving some fantastic notes of toast and biscuits. With flavors of green apple, white peach, and hazelnut, this wine pairs with however you decide to celebrate!

2021 Early Mountain Madison County Cabernet Franc: Bright red berries and stone fruit, complemented by savory herbs and dried citrus. The vibrancy of boysenberry, raspberry, plum and orange marmalade are accented by chervil, alfalfa and white pepper. The tannins are elegant and round, with the pallet medium bodied and lively. 

Be Mayan Chocolates: Rich, bittersweet chocolate ganache flavored with cinnamon, Ancho chili and orange, then dusted with cocoa (two piece box).

Blueberry Merlot Dark Chocolates: Dark chocolates specially crafted for Valentine’s Day with Virginian Merlot and Virginia Blackberry Jam Ganache (four piece box).
